2013 Summer Grants Report

During the summer of 2103 there were 24 faculty involved in WID and Gen Ed workshops.  Faculty attended workshops on argumentative writing in May 2013 and subsequently designed an assignment for their General Education and Writing Across the Discipline courses to help students develop their ability to formulate and sustain an argument through writing.  At the end of the fall 2013 semester, twenty three of those faculty submitted reports on the use and effectiveness of the assignments in their fall 2013 courses.
